'According to Triathlon Ireland Governing Body rules, all Competitors must have a TI Number for this event for insurance purposes. If you are not a member of Triathlon Ireland, a One Day Licence must be purchased at www.triathlonireland.com prior to event date. Participants who do not hold either 2012 TI membership or a one day licence will not be permitted to compete.'
